Conditions of Use
The School District reserves the right to cancel the use of any school facility, grounds, or equipment.
Access to space is not granted unless an approved License from the Facility Rentals Department has been received.
Rentals must:
- Not interfere with regular curricular and extra-curricular district programming
- Follow the Terms and Conditions of Use at all times
- Respect school property and equipment at all times
- Pay all Fees and Costs before the first date of use
- Not smoke on district grounds or in district buildings at any time
- Provide a copy of your Certificate of Insurance that meets the criteria of the district
- Not play cosom/ball or floor hockey in school gyms
